Aventus was mandated by an organisation to specifically target consultants from a well-known international Strategy consultancy which they felt had the requisite talent pool for their strategy program. Aventus conducted a global market mapping exercise before headhunting a number of candidates from this organisation. Two candidates were recruited and placed in permanent roles.
In another search Aventus was mandated to hire a Saudi National Head of Strategy for a semi government entity in Riyadh. After a detailed market mapping exercise and comprehensive interviews by Aventus a shortlist of the top Saudi strategy head was presented and eventually placed in this key role as part of the Saudi 2030 vision.
